al parecer va a ha haber una oferta de adquisicion de acciones de I.B. G.(interactive brokers group, si nuestro querido i.b.)

parece que sobre 23/27 $

puede ser interesante

si alguien sabe algo mas, que avise.

no he visto nada en su web mas alla del anuncio de inicio de los tramites de Noviembre

An IBIPO auction is typically open for bids for one to two weeks prior to the closing date of the offering. Once the bidding concludes, WR Hambrecht + Co will assemble the bids and, working from highest to lowest, it will identify the first bid price that will sell all the offering's shares. This is the "clearing price" and will be the maximum price at which the issuing company will offer its shares. The issuing company and placement agents will then decide the price at which the issuing company will offer the shares, taking a number of economic and business factors into account in addition to the "clearing price."

pos se esta dando ahora mismo un gallofazo del uno,

a bajado a menos de lo que salio en la subasta y ya lleva una perdida del 10% sobre el maximo del viernes.

menos mal que he salido por piernas, con heridas, pero no muerto.

por que robo? evidentemente ya subio mucho de 23/27 a 27/31,pero nadie ha indicado que fuera una buena o mala valoracion.y he buscado bastante. ten en cuenta que se ha hecho por subasta pura. y es una empresa con 1.700millones de beneficios segun su informacion. ademas han puesto el doble de acciones enventa, luego parecia (solo parecia) que habia presion por el papel

evidentemente no tengo todos los datos y no me creo con valor para valorarla.
