Pues eso, que mirando el mercao, me llega un mail de mi broker, poniendome lo siguiente...

"As from August 1, 2009, customers of forex dealer members will no longer be allowed to offer stop loss or limit orders and traders are prohibited from modifying or closing trades from open positions in their accounts as from this date..."

O sea, resumiendo, que a partir del 1 de agosto ni stop loss ni limit orders, y ni se podran cerrar posiciones ni modificarlas a partir de esa fecha... (US Brokers)

No teniendo suficiente haciendo de creadores de mercado, ahora nos vienen con esto...

Sinceramente, cada dia que pasa, pienso que en forex solo ganan los brokers con sus spreads, horquillas y "manos negras" cuando les viene en gana

Al final lo mejor es un broker ubicado en un paraiso fiscal...

A ver maliboo, eso de que no se podrán cerrar posiciones ni modificarlas a partir de esa fecha, habría que aclararlo un poco más. Tienes información al respecto? Se referirá a que si abres una posición y defines TP y SL, no te dejarán cerrarla hasta que se ejecute uno de los dos??? Si es así, me parece que se van a quedar vacíos los brokers made in USA.

Bueno, para evitar confusiones, os pego mi mail interamente con links al respecto, yo aun no he indagao mucho, pq a mi broker no le afecta..

Maliboo, según esos links, parece que los brokers no americanos están viendo un filón con los clientes que van a salir pitando de los USA. Veo a la NFA rectificando estos desmanes en unos meses.

de hecho, en FXCM ya se están cambiando de USA a UK los clientes

Pues parece ser que lo han resuelto y no hace dalta irse a UK...

Ya te digo!!, no entiendo cuál es la filosofía de ese cambio, será la de quitar más rápidamente el dinero a los clientes, de lo contrario no lo entiendo muy bien.
